We can use flooring estimates you provide as PDF files and plans, making the process much faster and smoother. Your clients can come to our showroom to see flooring samples first-hand before selecting the floor that’s perfect for their home. They can also get information from our knowledgeable staff, so you don’t have to spend extra time doing this. We can work alongside other contractors, meaning the house doesn’t need to be completely clear when we install the flooring (the only exception to this is during the sanding and finishing process for unfinished hardwood floors). In addition to being easier for you, this keeps the project moving forward in a timely fashion. Our owner, Butch Kirk, is a general contractor so he has a very good understanding of timing and scheduling, and he can even help you create your schedule if you’d like. When something unexpected comes up and you have a last-minute deadline, we can get the job done right away. Because of our extensive experience with flooring during major remodeling and homebuilding, sometimes we can foresee potential problems before they become an issue.
