San Jose Hardwood Floors Does It Again!

It can be difficult for businesses to find the right leads, and many of them fail because they don't get the word out about their products or services. One of the reasons that San Jose hardwood floors have maintained an edge over the competition is because we have stood out among other contractors thanks to our excellent craftsmanship and customer service. We recently completed one of our biggest and most difficult jobs ever, and we'd love to tell you more about it. The job involved Rose River Gum hardwood flooring, and we had a great time getting to know the client and enhancing their home to their liking. It was a process, but we are here to take on the large and complicated projects that other San Jose hardwood floors companies won't handle. Some of the most rewarding moments of a career are when you can tackle complex projects, and you take on the challenge because you know that you have the expertise and knowledge to make it happen. I can confidently say that installing these San Jose hardwood floors was definitely quite the experience. I am proud that we were able to come through and provide excellent service for a high-profile client.

About the Client

There is some incredible work out there for many expensive homes, and this client insisted on finding a list of the best contractors in the area. San Jose hardwood floors is extremely proud of the fact that we were selected, considering that there were over 20 other contractors vying for the job. We know that it isn't easy to trust a contractor with your home, and we take that responsibility very seriously. This client was a big fan of eucalyptus, but especially Rose River Gum hardwood floors. The client was a high-level executive at Oracle. For those who are unaware, Oracle is one of the largest tech companies globally and is responsible for billions of dollars in revenue. It was founded in Santa Clara, California, in 1977. Its CEO, Larry Ellison, is one of the richest and most influential CEOs in the tech sector. He is also an internationally renowned philanthropist. Of course, hardwood floors are modern and sophisticated, and there's a timeless aspect to them. We immediately got to work to figure out how to make sure that his hardwood floors were sanded, finished, and installed to perfection. You might be thinking, "Well, if he's at a technology corporation, then I'm sure someone in Silicon Valley could handle this job." However, that's the point: no one in the Bay Area, or even California, was able to handle the job but us! It really drives home the point that what we offer cannot be duplicated or replicated.

About Eucalyptus Trees

The scientific name for Rose River Gum is none other than Eucalyptus Grandis. The tree is commonly known as the "flooded gum", as well. It is a fast-growing hardwood that is rough at the base but with smooth bark. It grows straight and tall, and can reach around 160 feet tall (50 meters). The name "grandis", refers to the size of the tree. The trees are grown in plantations all over the world. There are Rose River Gum plantations in places such as Sri Lanka, South Africa, and Australia. However, the tree is native to Australia. Specifically, Rose River Gum is found in coastal and sub-coastal areas of eastern Australia, around Queensland and New South Wales. The tree is used and exported for hardwood floors, and it is also used often in kitchens. Rose River Gum hardwood floors are also known for their durability, which makes them perfect for hardwood flooring. There are situations where Rose River Gum hardwood floors are more affordable than traditional hardwood floors, as well. In this case, San Jose hardwood floors had to deal with some very specific logistical situations, which is one reason we were able to secure the job. One of the best things about eucalyptus flooring is that it is sustainable. Rose Gum is also used for timber, paneling, and structural plywood.

While the work was intense, we are proud of the fact that he praised and complimented us on our work. That's one of the reasons that San Jose hardwood floors are in this business.
